- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and industrial settings, including wiring, conduit, and control panels.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documents to ensure accurate and safe installation.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow company safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work closely with other tradespeople, contractors, and team members to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion.
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices and less experienced electricians as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and any issues encountered.
- Complete necessary documentation for inspections, permits, and project closeouts.
