WE ARE COMMUNITY FOCUSED

At Buist, it is part of our mission and our responsibility to share our resources with those in our community. We do this through the Buist Foundation, a ministry established and run by employees of Buist and the Buist Community Assistance Center. We also share our resources through corporate giving, employee-directed giving, and volunteer projects.

BE The Light

Buist has a long history of serving our employees and others who God has put in our path. Our employees feel strongly about compassion and service. In 2015, BE the Light was formed to build on that core principle and to provide 6-10 volunteer opportunities per year for employees and their families. BE the Light exists to bless others with our time and resources by serving in a variety of fun ways.

Buist Community Assistance Center

The Buist Community Assistance Center is an outreach to our local community. BCAC provides a food pantry, new and gently used clothing, and furniture and household items to those in need. BCAC is also equipped to help with minor home repairs and maintenance as well as financial and spiritual guidance.
