Michigan State University took an old parking lot and turned it into beautiful residential student housing. The new housing, named 1855 Place, holds over 420 new student housing units ranging from studio apartments to townhouses. One building features a Starbucks, Spartan Spirit Shop, and a cafeteria on the first floor.
