AUDIO VISUAL INSTALLER

The Audio Visual Installer is responsible for the installation, configuration, and testing of audio visual (AV) equipment and systems. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality installations in a variety of environments. The technician will also collaborate with AV Technicians and AV Lead Technicians.

• Perform basic AV integration tasks such as installation of displays, projectors, screens, video conferencing equipment, speakers, microphones, and control systems
• Perform basic cable management and termination for structured cabling systems
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Adhere to company, customer, and industry safety policies and procedures at all times
• Engage with clients professionally and courteously, addressing any questions or concerns

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools for AV installations
• Basic understanding of AV systems
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry equipment in excess of 50 lbs and work at heights using ladders or lifts
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Prior hands-on experience working in a trade
• Prior hands-on experience working with technology

• Full time/hourly position
• Hours are typically Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 5:00PM
• Occasional evenings and weekends as needed to meet project requirements

A variety of job sites
