Buist’s Testing Department led the replacement of a beacon light atop a rooftop-mounted radio tower antenna. One technician performed the fixture replacement at the top of the tower, equipped with proper PPE and a climbing harness, while another provided ground-level support. A pre-recorded safety plan and detailed replacement procedure were submitted in advance, and an on-site safety director was present to supervise and document safety throughout the process. The replacement took approximately an hour and a half to complete.
