Buist partnered with Christman Company for the new Corewell Health Endoscopy Facility in Grand Rapids, MI. Buist served as a design-assist partner for the 12,656 sq.ft. building.

Multiple Buist departments were involved, including Contracting, Communications, Outdoor Utilities, and Testing. Our scope of work included wiring low-voltage systems, parking lot lighting, installing and testing electrical equipment, and bringing power to the site. Buist installed 6.5 miles of Category 6 cabling and 1 mile of security cabling to support the facility’s technology and safety needs.

The building was designed to deliver specialized outpatient care, featuring one procedure operating room, four procedure rooms, scope processing areas, pre- and post-operative spaces, along with entry, waiting, and staff support areas.

Buist completed this project in just 10 months and is proud to have contributed to a facility that will serve and support the community.
