Buist provided contracting, outdoor utilities, audio visual, communications, security solutions, and testing services for Grand Rapids’ newest boutique and concierge-level charter company, Otter Air.
This project was a design assist for contracting services and design-build for audio visual and security solutions. Buist was responsible for providing complete electrical power and lighting systems, 1200A 480V 3PH service, a 100kw natural gas generator, a full physical security system including doors and cameras, network cabling, audio visual systems in multiple office and conference rooms, and installing high-end finishes including light fixtures and an outdoor fireplace.
A unique feature of this project was its large hanger door, made of a single panel that does not fold. As a result of the one-of-a-kind door, our security team created a custom solution to ensure protection.
