Buist’s service department was tasked with the setup and tear down of the holiday décor at the Tanger Outlet Mall in Byron Center. The project setup began on October 30, 2023, and tear down was completed by January 6, 2024. In order to complete this project without disturbing shoppers, the Buist crew worked during night shift hours.
A notable feature of this project was the assembly of the 36-foot-tall Christmas tree. New in 2022, this tree comes with pre-strung lights and ornaments. Buist was also responsible for the large lit-up presents and mini trees that could be seen around the nearly 450,000 square foot property. Additionally, the Buist team assembled and installed 40 curtain light displays throughout the mall.
Buist has been doing service work for Tanger Outlets since they opened in 2015. This was our third year tasked with Christmas décor and we are thrilled to be a part of a project that spreads so much Christmas cheer.
