Breton Village Shopping Center was demalled in 2017. The upper story and roof of the main shopping center was peeled away to create an open-air shopping center. Storefronts were added for all tenants in addition to outdoor green spaces and seating areas.
Buist Electric’s Testing Department, Outdoor Utilities Department, and Communications Departments were all involved in this project, which took approximately eight months to complete.
The architectural upgrade created a more contemporary space for shoppers and tenants to enjoy.
