Buist was a design build partner for the Children’s Healing Center in Grand Rapids. Buist also provided contracting, outdoor utility, audio visual, security solutions, and communication services. The Children’s Healing Center is the first year-round recreation facility providing social and emotional healing for kids with weakened immune systems and their families in a safe, clean environment.
To support the center’s growth, the facility underwent a renovation and expansion, adding a full-size gymnasium, outdoor playground, and classrooms designed for play. Buist installed all indoor and outdoor lighting, projectors, sound systems, and security systems, ensuring a safe and enjoyable space for the children and their families!
