Buist Communications recently closed the books on another successful project. The new Perrigo headquarters, located at 430 Monroe Ave in Grand Rapids, occupies 63,550-square feet of the new 125,000-square foot building. The project kicked off in April of 2021 after the owners secured a $45 million investment.
Despite experiencing aggressive scheduling coupled with man-power shortages and lead-time delays on material, Buist was able to have 4 to 6 technicians on site for 6 months at Perrigo headquarters. The new headquarters boasts a café, terrace, and office space dedicated to supporting team collaboration. These amenities are spread across 3 floors and the facility will be able to support around 150 employees.
Personal wellness and collaboration are rooted in the foundations of Perrigo now these values are reflected in their new space. Perrigo’s goal is to bring self-care and wellness into people’s lives through affordable over-the-counter solutions. They currently sell over 14,000 products in 28 different countries.
