Both Buist A/V and Buist Communications were involved with this project.
A/V installed 376 sound mask speakers in a variety of ceilings on the three levels of the HQ building. The Cambridge 6 zone controller allows a changeable volume to the six zones throughout the building. On-site training provided ADAC’s network team the ability to maximize the functions and versatility of the Cambridge 6 controller.
Members of the Buist Communications team were able to overcome some challenges on the network cabling installation. Over 400’ of B-Line cable tray with floor mount brackets had to be installed below the floor tiles in a manner that didn’t interfere with other building management systems. This took some cleverness and ingenuity to make sure that the installation would be beneficial and work in the best practice of cable installation. Whether the far end was in a floor box, wall plate, or furniture plate, they all looked consistent and worked seamlessly together.
In all, 442 data, 26 wireless AP’s, and 17 cameras were pulled, terminated, and tested with Panduit CAT6A specs to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and productivity.
