Tanger Outlet Mall, an 80-store new build retail property in Byron Center, was completed in 8 months. Buist Electric’s competitive pricing and trusted reputation were the reasons the company was selected to work on this project. The Outdoor Utilities Department and Communications Department were utilized in addition to the Electrical Contracting Department.
The Tanger project required strategic installation of underground conduit and wire to multiple buildings for the distribution of power. Services range in size from 800 amps to 3000 amps. Buist’s Trimble layout tool was used extensively in conjunction with the Engineering Department to assure that routing of electrical power did not interfere with other trades and to assure proper placement in the buildings.
